KD31 Epoxy/Polyester Powder Coating

Introduction:
This product allows the special properties of epoxy powder coating and polyester powder coating respectively at the same time with Good chemical physical and decorative properties. The film has excellent leveling and glossiness that it is suitable for the coating of indoor decorative products.
Application Fields:
Widely used in various kinds of indoor metallic products: furniture, household electric appliance, radiator, indoor decoration, ceiling, fitness equipment, industrial equipment, toys, logistics shelves, car parts, metallic parts of the interior of the trains, the shells of lights and electronic device. This product is not suitable for coating and finish of exterior products directly.
Characteristics：Good adhesion between coating and substrate. The film has excellent mechanical and colour-matching properties so that it is suitable for mixing different kinds of art powder coating. This product has excellent storage stability property because of excellent heat and light resistance.

Particle Size: Varies with different purposes, the average particle size is 35-45μm
Storage: The product must be stored in a dry room with temperature below30℃ and avoid direct sunlight. Under this condition, powder coatings could be stored safely for 12 months. Expired product couldn't be used until test result meets the utilization standards.
Utilization Rate:
8-12㎡/kg, film thickness is 70μm（100% utilization rate）. Practical coating zone varies with shapes of coating equipments and objects.
Transportation:
The product is not dangerous, and can be transported in any means. However, avoid contamination from direct sunlight exposure, water, oil and other chemical pollution.
There are many surface effects for this product. Customers can chose different special surface effects with entire gloss range from high to low: winkle, sand and metallic effects etc. (Please refer to our colour card). Customization service is available in accordance with customer's requirement. (Special effects included).
Film Properties:

Notification is required when there is a need to have the coating film more than 120μm thick while ordering to avoid unnecessary pin-holes or affect the saturation of the film.
Spray Guide：
This product is suitable for following coating methods according to the customers' requirements: corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized beds spraying and fluidized beds dipping.

Maintenance:
Please clean up the surface regularly;frequency of cleaning should be more at areas which are very salty and seriously contaminated.

1、Wipe the surface with wet cotton cloth to avoid scratches.
2、Add some detergent into warm water, and then wipe the dust, salt and other stain on the surface of film with cotton cloth which has dipped the detergent above.
3、Wipe out the residual detergent when cleaning.
Hygienic and Safety:
There are neither toxic ingredients in the all the raw materials of powder coating, nor toxic gas releasing when baking. However, the inhalation of dust during use should be avoided. An operator should wear PPE such as dust respirator, eyeglasses and protective clothing etc., and try best to avoid long- time contact with the power coatings. The coatings stick to skin could be washed away by soap. Please give a prior notice if the coating is used in toys to make sure that there is no metallic material to harm the health of children.
