The transparent water-based wood ware prim coating of LangFarbe is prepared based on the process of interpenetrating network and multiple crosslinks by adopting high-performance water-based organic hybridized emulsion and adding many kinds of imported raw materials. The product has superior permeability, compact film-forming ability and proper hardness and flexibility and it can well protect the hazardous substances such as methanal in the plywood, density board and core-board from volatilizing. It is fit to be used in renovation of household and public places and the decoration and protection of the surface of all sorts of wood furniture, doors, windows, crafts, toys, wood cabins in villas and gardens and rattan articles.
Product features:
Free of toxic and harmful substances such as benzene series, methanal, heavy metal and free TDI, high solid content, excellent closure and rubbing property, easy application and so on.
Application methods: spraying and brushing
Dilution rate: diluting with 10-20% clear water.
Coating consumption:Coating consumption: the area of one-time spraying and brushing is 15-20㎡/kg (theoretical value), and the actual coating consumption differs due to different application methods and flatness of base materials.
Application description and matters needing attention:
1. Rubbing the surface of base material with 400 mesh sandpaper to get rid of ash, sawdust, grease and other impurities.
2 .Adding water into the product to stir evenly, and keep the mixture for 10 minutes before use.
3.Repeated spraying gap is four hours (at 25℃ and in an environment with the relative humidity of 50%)
4. Application is not allowed below 5℃ and in an environment with the relative humidity above 85%.
5 The product cannot be used together with solvent based coating (paint).
6. The product shall be stored in a cool and dry environment at no lower than 5℃.
